Returns
At Greenhill Home Decor LLC, we aim to offer a straightforward return policy. You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was when you received it.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted, depending on the condition of the returned item.
Please note that all returns must be made within the 14-day window and the item must be in its original state. Any damages or missing parts not caused by our error may prevent us from issuing a full refund.

Return Address
At Greenhill Home Decor LLC, we want your returns procedure to be as hassle-free as possible, so it is critical that you contact us before returning an item to the address we will give you.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item.
We are unable to offer refunds for issues related to ordering the wrong size or variant, but we do offer alternative solutions, such as upgrading to a different size (additional fees may apply).
Please note that custom-made or personalized orders are final sale and non-refundable, as these items are produced specifically for you and cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
Full refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
- Shipping errors made by Greenhill Home Decor LLC.
- Products that arrive damaged or defective.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product for any defects or damages. If you find that your item is faulty, please contact us at info@myphotostation.com with photographic evidence of the damaged item and packaging. We will assist you promptly.
Please do not attempt to install or use a damaged item. Once the product has been installed or altered in any way, we cannot process a refund, as the item is no longer in its original condition and cannot be resold.
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please keep all packaging materials. After submitting photos for proof, we will confirm your return within 48 hours.
In the rare case that your item is lost or damaged in transit, we will reprocess your order. Production will take an additional 3-5 business days, followed by 3-5 days for shipping. If the returned item is approved, you have 24 hours to cancel the replacement order. If the replacement has already shipped, cancellations and refunds will no longer be possible.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied for returns that are not related to quality issues or our error.
Additional Information
Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to differences in monitor settings or lighting conditions during photography. Additionally, product images may include reflections to demonstrate the glass effect, which may not appear on the final product.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your payment provider, as there may be a delay in processing.
If you’ve followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@myphotostation.com, and we will assist you further.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@myphotostation.com.
Gift Returns
If you received a product as a gift that was shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, you have 24 hours to notify us after placing your order. Our fulfillment process is automated, and once the order is processed, changes to the address cannot be made.
If an incorrect address results in an undeliverable package, you will have the following options:
- Re-shipment to the corrected address, with an additional fee of 70% of the total order value.
Shipping Costs
If you wish to return a product, please contact us for instructions. The cost of shipping for returns will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
The delivery time for exchange items may vary based on your location.
